Palm springs pride was this past weekend and Sister Roma and I made the trip to celebrate. We started the weekend in Indio at El Destino night club. This is an up and coming gay club that features great music and a friendly atmosphere that caters to the Latino community.
We stayed at the brand new Riviera Resort and Spa because you know Roma will only stay at the best haha. The place was amazing and the staff was great.
The next day was the big parade. We rode in a mustang convertible for El Destino and made an appearance for the crowd that was a lot larger than I imagined. In the midst of the crowd I saw Thomas who took some great pictures of us for the blog. Thanks for the shots Thomas. All and all, it was a great trip and pride experience. Especially since pride in Chicago was rained out for me this past year. I have posted a few of Thomas' pictures below. Notice there is no rain in these pictures!
